Request account deletion
When a company-operated application supports user accounts, you can request deletion through our official email-based process.
How to submit a request
- Email support@allianz.mk using the subject Account deletion request.
- Identify the relevant application and the account email address or identifier.
- Briefly state that you want the account and associated personal data deleted.
Do not send secrets
Never include a password or unnecessary identity document. We may request reasonable verification to protect the account from unauthorized deletion.
Scope and confirmation
The request covers deletion of the account and associated personal data, except information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. We will send confirmation after the request has been processed.
This is a genuine email-based process; we do not claim that an automated deletion API currently exists.
